About Us

Hi! I’m Sarah Bixby, the founder and owner of Conshy Nutrition. I As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with nearly a decade of experience, I’m passionate about helping people fuel their bodies, optimize performance, and live longer, healthier lives.

My interest in nutrition sparked in middle school when I attended a school-sponsored health fair. As an athlete, I became fascinated with how food directly impacts athletic performance and overall wellbeing. This curiosity turned into my passion!

I have spent my career helping clients with various nutrition goals including weight management, diabetes, heart health, sports nutrition, and much more. My true passion remains in supporting athletes and active individuals nourish their bodies for peak performance, which is why I started Conshy Nutrition.

Outside of work, you’ll find me running, swimming, biking, hiking, or on the court playing tennis and pickleball. When I’m not staying active, I love binge-watching the latest Netflix series or rewatching Friends reruns. And of course, I’m a huge foodie—whether it’s exploring new cuisines and cocktails, cooking up something delicious, or sharing a meal with family and friends, food is always at the center of my favorite moments.
